Real estate investment firm Tishman Speyer tapped branding and design agency FrenchCALIFORNIA to curate an exhibition of works for the newly unveiled model residence at Mira’s Panorama Collection, the exclusive residences on the top five floors of the eye-catching 40-floor tower in San Francisco’s Rincon Hill neighborhood.

To complement Studio Gang’s angular design for the building, the agency selected furnishings with a European sensibility, including collectible pieces from Capellini, B&B Italia, and CC Tapis. FrenchCALIFORNIA founder Guillaume Coutheillas hand-selected works from artists from the Tappan Collective, including photographer Jan Prengel, visual artist Gabrielle Teschner, and Swiss photographer Pascaline Dargant, and artist-dancer Caroline Denervaud of The Heidies.

“We wanted to create a space that helped potential buyers envision the sort of lifestyle Mira’s Panorama Collection can offer,” Coutheillas said in a statement. “We hope this residential exhibition shows that collectible design and art is approachable and fun and that these are very livable pieces.”

“MIRA is a spiraling residential tower on the San Francisco skyline by developer Tishman Speyer. Its top five floors are home to the Panorama Collection, an exclusive group of residences curated by the branding and design agency frenchCALIFORNIA. Partnering with TAPPAN Gallery, we selected a series of Tappan artworks to complement the natural materials and neutral palettes of each light-filled space. Explore featured works by The Heidies, Divine Southgate-Smith, Jacques Brun, and more.”
