LIGHT-FILLED INTERIORS

The residence’s design pays homage to the Upper West Side’s artistic and architectural history while embracing light-filled interiors and open-plan living. A key feature is West Side White, a soft white paint custom-developed by frenchCALIFORNIA to enhance the apartment’s natural light and architectural details. This shade, which adorns the living and dining areas, is available for purchase.

CURATED WORKS

Throughout the home, vintage furniture and sculptural accessories are juxtaposed with contemporary works from NAVA CONTEMPORARY, including pieces by David Burdeny, Tracie Cheng, Liv Dockerty, Jimmie James, Andres Galeano, and Zoe Pawlak. The selection was curated to create an inspiring and engaging environment, seamlessly blending art and design.

The apartment’s interior also features bespoke Italian lacquer millwork, Taj Mahal quartzite slab countertops, and a suite of integrated Miele appliances, ensuring both aesthetic refinement and everyday functionality.
