frenchCALIFORNIA was hired to manage the naming and branding for an existing property undergoing a redesign. Our team started by getting to know the area and the goals for the project.

With this information we proposed a number of names and branding options to build an identity that was both beautiful and unique. Using simple typography and bold colors we drew upon the natural sunsets of the Nashville area.

One of downtown Nashville’s most understated assets is the Cumberland River. And while the building boom that has washed over the city has fixated on the repurposing of infill locations, Eve's design and development team felt an upscale residence overlooking the Cumberland offers a sustainable and dramatically different perspective on downtown living. Eve incorporates the elemental amenities that a discerning buyer seeks: location, accessibility, convenience, privacy, design, and value.
