Designed by frenchCALIFORNIA, Hyve’s limited-edition furnished units are the essence of contemporary and classically refined. 

Peppered throughout Hyve’s 83 STR-eligible units, frenchCALIFORNIA’s interior design package infuses special touches into a collection of select token units, refining the elegant look with hand-selected fixtures and vibrant local art.

An inviting addition to Nashville’s classic moody colors and layered-texture design, curated fixtures are soft, textured, tailored, and refined, creating a warm and elegant aura that allures at first sight.

Across all units, a spread of finishes include LVT and tiled flooring, painted walls, white oak casework, white oak veneer lower cabinets, white super matte upper cabinets, quartz countertops, and tiled shower walls & backsplash. Unique art selections unfurl an enticing community narrative, breathing life into the domain of Hyve.

As for the select units: stylish objects and pieces of furniture, juxtaposed alongside a neutral color palette of gem tones and warm woods, with pops of color infused throughout selections of art and style. Hyve furnished residences are the essence of functional space and breathtaking intricacy, entrusting comfort in both familiarity and novelty.
