Art Curation

Model Residence Activation

Designed in consultation with acclaimed real estate developer Harry Macklowe, we drew upon cosmopolitan influences for One Wall Street’s intricate model residence: Unit 3404. “The goal was the incarnate empty spaces into thoughtfully redesigned residences that will stand the test of time and continue to answer future demands of modern living,” says Guillaume Coutheillas, founder & creative director of frenchCALIFORNIA.

Residence 3404 features curated finishes and custom furniture pieces from Mexico City-based studio Atra, perched right above stunning views of Lower Manhattan—all part of One Wall Street’s transformation from 56 story office tower to a massive luxury condominium.

To achieve Unit 3404’s unique design, we harnessed European influences through warm neutral colors, accentuating the three bedrooms through a multi-aspect view of the model unit overlooking the Manhattan Skyline. The interiors are state-of-the-art seamless technology coupled with classic elegance—with white Aran Cucine cabinetry, Lincoln Calcatta marble lining on the countertops and backsplash, Meile kitchen appliances, and Bianco Dolomiti marble slab floors, walls, and counters for the bathroom suite.

Infusing clarity, repose, and serenity, this undertaking at One Wall Street now stands as an emblem of the timelessly trending interior design scheme, appearing on international news outlets such as DEZEEN, Architectural Digest, Real Estate Weekly, ELLE Decor, ELLE Decor Spain, Galerie, LX Collection, 6sqft, and more. It’s a nod to the chic, widespread trend—an appeal that reverberates internationally, and a truly remarkable transformation that complements the sweeping skyline and vibrant city life of New York below.
