frenchCALIFORNIA curates comprehensive brand identity package for HYVE, CA South’s newest residential development in Nashville, TN

 
 

Welcome to Hyve: a collection of 83 STR-eligible residences from Nashville-based real estate firm, CA South. 


In a unique township corner named for its pie-shaped borders, Hyve both absorbs and defines the buzz of neighboring attractions and developments, structured by its exclusive interior design and branding identity.

 
 

CA South tapped into our branding capabilities for a strong, recognizable brand presence that reflects Hyve’s values. Part of its burgeoning collection of residences, CA South aimed to create a community-engaged, community-driven, and environment-respective ambiance with Hyve. 


To communicate Hyve’s core identity and exquisite offerings for their Spring 2023 launch, we brought in a comprehensive package including naming exploration, typographical scheme, logotype, color palette, and panoramic brand book to encapsulate the breadth of Hyve’s design and visual identity.

 
 

Curating marketing collateral for digital distribution, we also designed and programmed a full-scale website, eblast template, and unit-specific brochure detailing the breadth of Hyve’s exquisite furnishings.

 
 

The full website comprises detailed subpages, an interactive map, and a floorplan carousel; each is page filled with creative catchphrases and descriptive copy of Hyve’s unique amenities within its lively Pie Town neighborhood.

 
 

For the immediate Nashville audience, overhead building signage broadcasts Hyve’s availability to passersby. In office, various stationery pieces lay for the taking—business cards, envelopes, letterheads, and notebooks—chic emblems of a strategic, aesthetic branding scheme that stages Hyve favorably in market.
