For this dramatic duplex perched high above Manhattan, frenchCALIFORNIA was invited to transform a soaring, light-filled architectural canvas into a warm, livable showcase of contemporary design.

ELEGANT, YET INTIMATE

Spanning two floors with a 20-foot double-height great room and panoramic river and skyline views, the residence called for a staging approach that emphasized scale, light, and elegance while creating a sense of intimacy.
